CVFP’s team-based approach to care means our patients have access to interdisciplinary health teams who work alongside CVFP Doctors. Our health teams include Registered Nurses and many other health professionals including Pharmacists, a Behavioural Health Consultant, Respiratory Educators and a Health Management Nurse. In addition, CVFP offers access to a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in women’s health.
